Bespoke Training
Our signature program, ‘Becoming a Manager Leader’ was born from a growing frustration that leaders are often promoted to leadership positions as a result of great performance, not because of demonstrated leadership ability. Next, they’re given a fancy new title, a new position description and a team of people to ‘manage’, and before long these new leaders find themselves in hot water either with their team or with their employers.
